Zip Hoodie Double Heavyweight French Terry Oatmeal

The Double Heavyweight French Terry Zip Hoodie by our pals at Wonder Looper has a reputation as being one of the heaviest knits on the block, weighing in at approximately the same weight as two pairs of raw denim, but also two times as cozy.

Made in Wakayama, Japan on circular knitting machines, this garment weights in at 25.8oz per square yard.

And for an extra cozy feel, the interior has been lightly brushed, and to boot this garment has also been rinse-washed and pre-shrunk, so you don't have much to worry about when it comes to shrinking. The fits are pretty spot on and true to size, though it is worth mentioning that at the time of writing this, I'd probably grab a medium for myself (I am 6'3 and 180lbs) even though my standard WL size is usually a large! The large works great too, but I like the fitted look of the medium. 

Max is 6'3 and can wear a medium or a large. In the photo above he is wearing a medium for a slightly more fitted look, but a large does give him a bit more room to move.

Fits pretty true to size this time around! Noah is 6'1 and wearing a size Large. A large is his usual size.

Garment has been pre-rinsed to minimize shrinkage, but there's still a chance of another .5in of shrinkage that could happen here if you use a hot dryer, which, I know I know, but we do kinda recommend a low tumble dry due to how heavy these things are! It really helps things along.

Wash cold and tumble dry low. Yup, we recommend tumble drying this thing because it really is just that heavy! A little tumble dry can help speed things along in our opinion.
