Tellason
Tellason was founded in 2008 by two longtime friends, Tony Patella and Pete Searson, California guys with a deep respect for durability, honesty, and craft. Drawing from their West Coast roots (and a healthy dose of punk rock ethos), they set out to make jeans that were as real as it gets.
Every pair is cut and sewn in San Francisco—the birthplace of blue jeans. They started with Cone Mills White Oak denim out of North Carolina, and when that mill shut down, they made the switch to a proprietary selvedge from Kaihara in Japan. Different mill, same standards: top-tier fabric, built to break in—not break down.
Their fits have names like John Graham Mellor (aka Joe Strummer), and the jeans themselves are stripped of anything unnecessary. Thoughtfully made denim that earns its fade.
