Railcar Fine Goods
Railcar Fine Goods began in the garage of Steven Dang, a first-gen American and Los Angeles Metro mechanic who spent his nights repairing trains and his days teaching himself to sew jeans. He didn’t just want to make clothes, he wanted to build them. That ethos still drives Railcar today. Every garment is designed, cut, and sewn in-house at their El Monte, California workshop, using vintage machines and time-honored techniques.
Their denim is raw, selvedge, and meant to be broken in by you. Their jackets and chore coats are rugged, functional, and quietly refined. And because they control every step of the process, the quality is consistent, the fits are dialed, and the details, like chain-stitched hems and custom hardware, are just right.
